DVI RESILIENCE has been founded by Howard Way and Bridget Way.

Howard is an experienced law enforcement professional who served in London's Metropolitan Police and as a coordinator at the UK National Disaster Victim Identification Unit.

 
Howard was also Chair of the INTERPOL Disaster Victim Identification Working Group, plus the London Mass Fatalities Working Group.

He has significant experience in managing the operational response to mass fatality incidents globally. 

Howard was awarded an O.B.E. by HM Queen Elizabeth II for services to Disaster Victim Identification.

Bridget is an experienced healthcare professional, having worked clinically as a Registered Nurse (RGN RMN) in both general and mental health nursing in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Bridget has significant experience in education of clinical and non clinical healthcare professionals.

Bridget achieved a BSc (Hons) in Healthcare Studies (1st) and teaching & assessment qualifications.
